Hi I just purchased wesite x5 evolution 10 and I followed the instructions like it said for activating my hosting package when I got on there this message keeps coming up Sorry, the entered licence does not allow you to activate the web hosting pack could you please help me thank you

I have checked your edc code. It seems to be activated correctly. However, I kindly ask you to provide me a screen shoot of the page of your webhosting. This would really help me to check this issue.
