I bought X5 Evolu10n couple of days ago. My aim is to make commercial sites, i.e. to earn money by making web sites using X5 for commercial companies. In part for Website X5 Photos you declare, that:
"Incomedia and Photl signed their Agreement before March 28th 2011 (point 1.6 - Legal Information) so all the images listed on answers.websitex5.com are free for all the Incomedia customers - no payment is required.
Moreover, this allows all Incomedia customers to use the listed images in the created websites using WebSite X5 for commercial use without any payment or allocation."
Please confirm that I may freely use X5 photos for my commercial use and purpose. I am asking this bacause in the link you indicate ("legal notices") there is no ANY INDICATION for Incomedia customers to use this kind of right.

Hello Os,
You can use for free the images available only on projects made with WebSite X5 and this is a special agreement made for the fotos. It is not indicated in the general legal notices because it's an offer only for our customer.

However, when using X5 I will make sites for commercial companies and will take money for this job. May I still use X5 photos for this commercial purpose (for sure when only using X5)?

Yes you can use these for commercial purposes like paid service for making websites.
