1 I want to save my newly created web page on my local pc: for instance \\pc2\d\documents and settings\ATBS_STARTUP; this is not recognised nor allowed by your programme, why not? 2 I want to edit the existing web page situated at the location in 1, above, how can I?

Hello Stephen,
WebSite X5 can save your project file using any valid Windows path.
Can you explain further at what stage you are encountering problems? Is it whilst setting the path in for the Project Folder under 'Preferences' in the very first screen when you open X5?
Or is it whilst exporting your Project to disk or folder in Step 5? And if so, which one?
What is the exact error message you receive? Can you post a screenshot?
