I have made a webpage in German language.
Under General Settings I have marked webcontent as German.
But when published, it comes out with strange symbols instead of normal German letters as, ü, ä, and so on.
Can anyone of you (earlier I have gotten great help in this forum) direct me to the correct German lettering?
Thanks a lot!

Hello Christian,
Can you please write me the link to the website?
Can you also check if on your hosting provider it can be set as default encoding system UTF-8?
Many thanks!

Hi Claudio,
Thanks for speedy reply! The adress of my homepage is: home1.stofanet.dk/kettrup
I don't know if my provider uses "default encoding system UTF-8", but I have send them the question. They'll be back on 5 August.
Best regards
Christian
Hello Christian,
Thank you very much for the link. The issue of te german letters depends on the fact that the Hosting Server is not sending the pages with as encoding system UTF-8.
You can try to add following code in step 1 - Expert - in the Section "Before closing Head Tag":
<metahttp-equiv="Content-Type"content="text/html;charset=utf-8">
If also this should not work, then you need to wait the responde of your hosting provider.
Many thanks!

I have had BIG problems using your program!
Most important, I have not been able to get German letters on my website, using your program.
I have now switched to WIX.COM that have done everything perfectly!
how can I get my money back from you???
Your program NEVER delivered what it was surposed to do!
i REALLY HOPE TO HEAR FROM YOU, but would not be suprized if I don't...
Hello Christian,
Pleaase try to add the code I sent you in the reply above to see if then it works otherwise you will need to ask your hosting server support to activate the UTF-8 encoding.
The money back guarantee is valid for the first 30 days of purchase.
Please feel free to write back if you need more information.
