Custom template crashes

Hi,
I am running WSX5V10 the latest update.
However recently when I try and create or modify a custom template the program crashes and says that there is an error and tries to recover with no success.
I shut down and reboot, but the same problem occurs.
Please advise asap.

Is it a windows error message or from the program itself?
If i's a program error message can you please send the crash report?
Please try to uninstall the .NET Framework 4.0 from your computer and then use following cleanup tool to remove the remaining files:

Once the program has done reinstall the .NET Framework bz downloading it from following link:
http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=17718
