Hello William,

Are you using Internet Explorer when viewing your webpage?  If so you will need to use 'Compatibility View'  -  see here for details:

http://windows.microsoft.com/en-GB/internet-explorer/use-compatibility-view#ie=ie-10

http://windows.microsoft.com/en-GB/internet-explorer/use-compatibility-view#ie=ie-10-win-7

http://windows.microsoft.com/en-GB/internet-explorer/use-compatibility-view#ie=ie-9

http://windows.microsoft.com/en-GB/internet-explorer/use-compatibility-view#ie=ie-8

Your video plays fine for me in Google Chrome, and also plays in Internet Explorer with the Windows Media player plugin and Compatibility View switched on.

I strongly recommend that you use MP4 format with AAC audio encoding, in line with the official Incomedia guidance.  This will give you the greatest compatibility across a wide range of end user devices.

Best regards,

Paul
