Problem login to private area

Goodmorning helpdesk,
I have a problem logging in to the private area, since the last update 10.1.0.38. After entering the correct username and password and clicking on "Sign In", it is displaying the message (translated from dutch) "Wrong User ID and/or password combination". Never the less, checking pages of the private area I do have access (only not directly) to the private area pages. So in summary, there are two problems; 1) Wrong error message. 2) Not giving me access to a private page directly after signing in. If it will help, I can send you the username and password in a private message (let me know how).

Hello Hans,
Please try to open the project and then in step 2 remove the protected page function nd click on ok.
Once done add again the password protect function to the page and then click ok. Then press CTRL key while opening the preview and once done upload the project again online.
Please let me know if it works.

I've removed the protection function from all protected pages (10) and followed the steps you've described. And this solution worked very well!
