ERROR on seeking Unlock Code

I have bought WebX5 8 and gr (Greek) as well WebX5 Evolution 9 & 10.
As I had to format my disk, I tried to re-install WebX5 8 gr.
I had to request for the Unlock Code but I was always getting an ERROR message.
Could you please give me a hint? I have a very important site made with Evolution 8 Greek and I need to update it.

you have the upgrade of WebSite X5 Evolution 8 therefore you can not install them by yourself anymore.
I can help you with that, but you need to give me its product code and your new computer code. I will then give you your new unlock code.

The poroduct code is: *** (I don't know if it is V2Bzero or the letter O, mostly it seems to be zero)

Sorry to disturb you again.
I tried the key but it was not valid.
Then I checkes the computer code and it was not like the old one.
It is GR7123462712522634106701

Hello Alexandros,
no problem at all. I have to remind you that a single licence of your program gives you the chance to install on 2 different computers only. Are you trying to install on your second pc?

Hi Samantha.
I am trying to install it on the same laptop as before. I took the computer code from the previous installation (pls see the attachement).
When I tried to enter the unlock key you gave me, I got the message "not valid". Then I noticed that the computer code was different.
Maybe this is caused because of the format of the laptop?
