My website title is marked with "unregistered version"?

I created a site on webx5 9 a few months back, I recently acuired a licence and upgraded to webx5 10 but my site is showing "unregistered version" next to the title in google, please advise on how I can be rid of this message permanently, I understand HTML code and removed it manually but everytime I upload changes to my site it's back again, also see attached

Hello Alex,
It can take days, weeks, sometimes even months before Google revisits your website, crawls the pages, and refreshes its cache.
There is little you can do about this, other than be patient. The issue is not related to WebSite X5.
The search results you see on Google are not "live" results... they are indexed pages of sites harvested from past crawls of the web. This is how search engines work.
If it really bothers you then you could request manual removal of the offending links:
https://support.google.com/webmasters/answer/164734?hl=en
However, be aware that this could have a negative effect on your search engine ranking in the short term.
