I lost all my projects AGAIN - WHY WHY WHY !!!!!

I have website x5 - 8, wx5 9, wx5 10, and work fine for me... now i belive if i bought x5 P R O version that this web tool will the best of the best.... I did transport websites into PRO version and work fine until someday when i need to insert a licence key again. than I lost all my projects. Becouse i dont get an answer from I have a week to recreate a few new projects from the beginig. OK... Now i have the sam problem. Why i need to retype my licence key which you send me by e-mail... Can you answer that ??????? ... also, we are from slovenia, why are you canceled our language from wx5pro???? Do you know what damage my firm have becouse of you. Please do not sale something, that not work correctly and you do not give suport. ... Sorry for my bad english gramary, but you dont have support in our language. if you have some good answer, please contact me via *** B. Pod.

Please check if in the preferences the folder where the projects are saved is no longer the same where they previously were saved. Try to search in windows for .IWPRJ files to see in which folder these projects files are present and then add the main folder where the folder is present with the IWPRJ files in the preferences of the program. In this way the project will appear again in the program.
What exactly happend before you had to insert again the licence key?
Did you install any program or antivirus which could have cancelled the licence file of the program?
