anyway i can use my old templates from trial version ? those templates dont exist on the new one? dont understand why they would be..

All the templates present in the trial are also in the full version. Moreover you can always use the Custom Template function. Please let me know which templates you are referring, thanks!

well if they are in the full version also ? how come it did not transfer it? with the site i made?
I really dont know what one it was because i cant pull it up anymore i do know it was a picture of a white couch and carpet inside a home .where do i find these templates because there not in my templates list?
You can see which template you were using simply opening your project with WebSite X5 v8. You can copy all the images related to the v8 template you can find in the v8 installation folder.
There are many similar new templates and you can also add any image you want on the Header. I also reming you that you can also download for free any image from WebSite X5 Photos here on Answers. Just click on WebSite X5 Photos on the top-right menu here!

Well I was wondering can since I bought version 9 can i just still use version 8 now instead of doing all the tranfering images and things ..i think it would be a lot easier for me to just do that... was wondering?
Hello Steve, I can see from your account that you have only version 9. Did you registered version 8 with a different account? I think that the best way is to just copy the images related to the template you want and use them in version 9 via the custom template. Let me know, so I can add here your license of version 8. Thanks

well i never bought 8 just used the trial a long time ago i still have it installed on here but it only has basic trial features .. i am very new at this so i figured that would be easier ...isnt there a way to just find the template folder in ver. 8 and add them to ver 9 folders templates ?

YES I FOUND WEBSITE X5 ORGINALLY ON A U TORRENT SITE AND TRIED THAT COPY THAT MAY BE WHY..

the best way is to use the Custom Template option in version 9 and use the images you have from the installation folder of version 8.In this way you can recreate any template you want.
