Simply outrageous. Sold in the early 10 version, then a professional, and then stopped supporting. More than a day waiting for an answer. Why you do not have the normal support? With the professional version I paid quite large sum of money, that would be so reckless attitude towards me.

Anche noi non riusciamo ad avere supporto per i problemi che riscontriamo. Possiamo solo scrivere sul sito di website ma le risposte, quando arrivano, arrivano molti giorni dopo.
Chiedo al supporto di web site di darci un numero di telefono. Tra l'altro ho sentito da un altro utilizzatore che mi ha rivelato un bag importante del programma non ancora risolto che ha parlato diverse volte con Torino, ma non mi ha specificato nè il numero nè con chi ha parlato.

The support answers usually in 24/48 hrs and with every new message you add in your theme the counter starts from the begin.
