At present it is not possible to prepare a table in, say, Excel and then paste it directly into the table object in X5. It seems also not possible to prepare a text document containing a table and past that to X5. Working with the table object is restrictive. If I want to delete the contents more than one cell I have to do it individually. As soon as more than one cell is highlighted various tool features (delete etc) are not available. Generally moving contents around in a table object is not as simple or straightforward as it could (should?) be. There is a spell checker for me preparing this screed, but not one for Table or Text objects. Seems strange, or have I missed something? Perhaps these points can be considered when updating the software? John B
