Change User level & insert sound

How can I change from Level : User to Level : Admin ?
I inserted a sound on the homepage. How can I adapt it in such way that the sound plays on every page ?

Hi Peter,
To promote a User to Admin, just drag the User to the Admin or Administrator Folder.
As to the sound, I can not help, but i think sounds ca only be placed on individual pages an not for the entire site.

Het lijkt me als je het geluid aan een object koppelt in je header of footer dat hij dit altijd afspeelt. Kijk even want ik heb dit zelf nog nooit zo gedaan / gebruikt.
En zoals Eduardo al zegt, gebruikers kun je gewoon slepen.

Drag the user to the admin folder... I suppose you mean the admin folder in the directory of Website (incomedia)
