I bought WebSite X5 ver. 7.0.7 in 2008 on CD . I registered for the first time 09/08/2011 but has probably not complete the registration.
After login - in the " My License" I get the following message:

I bought 3 CD to install on my 3 computers . How do I get all 3 update ?

The error you received is probably dew to the fact that your hosting could have changed its settings. Please tell him to activate passive FTP and make sure you export in the correct folder.
What version of Windows and what version of Internet Explorer are you using?

Hi!
You can not find any information regarding your WebSite X5 Evolution 7 in your control panel because it is a very old version of the program. It is only possible to visualise your licence in your control panel from WebSite X5 Evolution 8 onwards.
I gave you the latest version of it in my previous post therefore you can install the last version from that link. There are no updates for that program.
I think the issue is caused by Internet Explorer 11. Please disinstall it and install version 10 if you can then let me know if it works correctly.

Hello Bent,
This issue has ben brought by the update Microsoft made with IE11 and the only solutions are for the moment to uninstall IE 11 and install IE10 or use the option to export to disk and then upload the files with an external ftp client like filezilla, untill Microsoft solves the issue.
The projects made with Version 7 to be imported in Version 10 they need to be converted throught Version 8 and then Version 9 and during this procedure probably most of the content will not be converted correctly like the tables and the graphic since many changes has been intriduced between the Versions.
There is no upgrade from Version 7 to Version 10 and it will be necessary to purchase the full Version. One licence of Version 10 allows you to install the program on 2 computers you use.

WebSite X5 Version 10 works perfectly with IE11 and this issue happens only on Version 7 and 8. All other Versions after do not have this problem.
