Cannot See Licence Key

I cannot see my license key.

There was a message as follows:

"There was an error with the request, please try later!"

I have repeatedly tried after clicking on the link you guys mailed me.Then tried registering.... Every time the same message is coming up...

I followed the procedure described here:

What to do now?

P.S. I have downloaded WebSite X5 Smart 9 but haven't installed it yet.

Ditto, have been wasting hours with PC Welt Giveaway for WebSite x5 Smart 9. Downloading and registering, verifying email, installing and getting no key.

More time reading forums, and finding procedure mentioned above at DotTech, and still get error: 'There was a error with the request , please try later!

So how do I get the license to activate the software since many others are having same problem????
