Can't reach payment page  en

If you order some items from the shop, you can't go further. The button "volgende"doen not work. Tried to reload the website many times but still the same.

Het lijkt er een beetje op dat er wat velden / versies door elkaar heen staan.

Even getest en met firefox dan werkt het maar krijg ik engelse knoppen. In IE niet en krijg ik NL knoppen.

Ik zou eens proberen je website map van deze site bij je hosting bedrijf helemaal leeg te maken, alles verwijderen, of met een ftp programma kopieren naar je hd als je een backup wil (filezilla bv) dan leeg halen, Dan eens vanaf 0 alles uploaden.

Laat me weten hoe het gegaan is.

Het lijkt er op dat zodra ik iets in de shopping cart wijzig, deze niet meer werkt. Vanavond enieg keren een oude versie geupload en dan werkt het weer. Maar omdat ik wat prijzen in de shopping cart moet wijzigen, werkt het daarna niet meer.

Now I solved the problem. There was an field with "land" = country, but in the newest version of website x5 you can choose the country, but it doesn't work, so there is nothing to choose. Also the country field was not checked as an obligatory field you could not fill in anything and it also shows no countries.

Asap I make the country field invisible hte problem was solved. So I think it is a BUG in Wesite X5 evolution 10.1.2.42

Hello Leo,

To show the list of the countries you need to follow these steps:

In case you have changed the content language in Step 1, first of all you need to export the language with the modified content.

Once this has been done, please close the program then delete the languages.xml file available in:

C:\Users\ username \AppData\Local\Incomedia\WebSite X5 v10 - Evolution\Libraries

After you have deleted the file and started the program, the countries list will appear again and in case you exported the languages file containing the modified content, you can import it again in the program.

Once done you will be able to acitvate again the country field and the Next button will work again.

Dear Claudio,

We did like you tell us and now tyhe country field appear, but now if the customer fill in a different shipping address, you see by the country field "Object].[object]" endless.

Hello Leo,

Please download the attachment and then unzip it. Once done move the x5cartengine.js file in

C:\Program Files\WebSite X5 v10 - Evolution\Res

After start the program again and press CTRL while you start the preview and then export the complete project again online.
