Audio file question

mp3 or mp4 audio files will not insert into the page I am trying to create. wav files work.

Hello Larry,
Please try to install the flash player plugin in Internet Explorer on your computer and check if Windows Media Player is installed.
Once done try again to add an mp3 file to see if it works.
