Blank page when starting Website 5 v 9. Update Tab shows "It is not possible to connect" etc.
Graphics have disappeared. Any answers?

thank you for your reply. Please find attached a screen capture of the opening page from version 9.
After clicking on the 'Update Tab' the 'cannot connect to the Internet' screen appears.... although I am always connected.

thank you for the screenshot. Please deactivate firewall and antivirus and update your internet explorer then try again and let me know if you still have problems.
