Working with Vista/Win 7 you started x5 with *RIGHTclick* -> as admin . . . ?

Alexandra I wouldn't ignore advice given to you from the other members.... I myself have helped 500+ X5er's upload to their servers successfully. I will NOT acknowledge your questions anymore as you continue to ask solely for Incomedia's help??

Ok users don't realise that we use your product day in and day out (24/7) we have our own "Experts" as it were. And because we have created our own websites with X5 we want others to do the same. Myself over time have gone round the world numerous times helping hobbyists, companies, charities and more with improving their skills using this X5 product which I think is "THE" greatest website builder of all time!!

I have to back up what Incomedia say - Cheekyman is my first stop for sorting any problems I have with Website X5 - he's friendly, knowledgable and an expert in X5 and all the other things that come with making up a website.

To be a representative of Incomedia Company you should communicate at the level of Company - Client. This is a Business Environment, not kindergarden. Now listen to my precious suggestion to you, sign up to a course "Art of Communication in the Business Environment "(between grownups). If you are a moderator of Incomedia, you should call yourself and sign as the Moderator of Incomedia. I will not consult you anymore. (it costs money) and I do not need your suggestions. Free my environment.

Thank you for your answer. It would be great to recieve SUGGESTIONS from you how to solve my problem, not how to communicate with users. To be honest I do not know how much more info I should write about my problem, I think it's already understandable. A little suggestion to you, you shouldn't put guilt on a client while communicating with your company. You do not answer to my problem in time, and this is your problem. I bought your program, invested money in your business but my business is not moving because your program is not working. I ask for your help as an advice, and you teach me how to communicate with kids from kindergarden? If a user gives an answer as a moderator from your company, he MUST sign as a Moderator of Incomedia. I advice you to invest money to courses "Art of Commucation" for your moderators, so that your moderators wouldn't ruin your reputation. I also your moderators to sign as "Moderator of Incomedia". Please communicate with me without smileys, I understand words. I hope that one day I will see your technical advices.

1. I opened 3 posts because you were silent. I tried to contact with you, I called on the phone of your company unfortunately no one answered me.
