Captcha not recognised  en

Just updated to version 10.1.4.45 of Professional 10 and when I update my website the Captcha doesn't work. I get the message "the inserted check word is not correct". I have 'compiled' the new version several times, uploaded the site several times and also reloaded the current page several time. Each time I received the message quoted above and tried the new Captcha several times. Please help - it worked GREAT before and the only change I made was the users email checkbox.

Regards

Ian

Hello Ian,

Can you please write me the link to the page with the captcha to see why it is not working correctly?

Did you try to press 2 or 3 times on the page CTRL + F5 to clean the browser cache to see if then it works again?

Many thanks!

Hi Claudio,

This link will take you straight to the page causing the problem: http://www.barelancla.com/en/contact-us.html

As I said in  my original question, I have tried all things several times, this includes clearing the cache.

For comparison, this link which I have not update does still work: http://www.barelancla.com/it/contatti.html

Please advise as this is a working business site for the leading Shisha bar in Mallorca.

Ian

Hello Ian,

Thank you for the links. I tested the contact form with the captcha and I sent you the email from it and the captcha was recognised.

Please try to check it again because now it seems to work correctly.

Many thanks!
