Re-Install problem  en

Hi, my computer hard-disk crashed recently; and i have re-setup up my computer with a new hard-disk. I couldn't reinstall WebSite X5 Evolution 10 using original product key; it states that my email was not originally used to register it. Thanks in advance

I can not see your licence key in your control panel therefore I can not help you install. I have now set your post as private so if you could kindly give me your licence key I will check its registration for you and help.
