Google is not reading meta-data keywords. I read that applying keyword density can help, I googled it and i was able to get it properly analyses and it came back with all the keywords I set in the general settings.

Google only picks up 8 keywords. Also when i search for my website on google I search

" canverter " and it shows results for converter thinking i misspelled it.

See attached picture;

The webpage i'm working on is;

www.canverter.com

Here you can see the google keywords coming up with only 8 keywords total. Of which only 1 is actually relevant;

I'm working on adding more texts and pages, but I'm really disapointed that website x5 doesn't do more to help with getting google results. I see all the options for keywords and I set keywords on all my pictures and content as much as possible and google doesn't pick up any of it.

So what can I do to get canverter to show results when i google it?

google does not pick up everything over night!

it will take time, at the mean time, use google analytics as well, and make sure to submit youe sitemap.xml to google.

btw, are those your keywords (faq, map, main, menu, enabled)?  they make no sense as keywords!

Hi There - can you please advise how to submit the sitemap.xml to google and where to find this file please.  I've searched for it on our server and cannot seem to locate it.

Thanks.

open your project file, on first step (general setting) click on the expert tab and put a checkmark for automatically create a site map, then upload your website to your server.

if you upload your website in the root of your website (not a sub--domain) your sitmap for google would be located at  www.yourdomain.com/sitemap.xml

log in to your google account and go to webmaster tools or simply click on the link https://wwwgoogle.com/webmasters/tools

after you log in, it will show your website/s, click on your domain name (www.yourdomain.com) on the new page, on the left side menu click on Crawl, from that submenu choose sitemaps.

before you do all of these, did you sibmit your url to google? if the answer is yes, then follow the above steps

if the answer is no, then you need to submit your url first, the add the google verification code behind your source code, then verify it by google, after that google will ask for your sitemap.

see attachment for sitemap inside x5
