What feature changes the website background as you scroll?

I see the background changes as you scroll, i have an older copy of website x5, version 10, i was thinking of upgrading but i wanted to know which one offers this feature or if it's specially written css,html code i would have to add myself such as the menu icons staying at the top of the page as you scroll down

Are you sure Parallax is available in version 10?
parallax only in version 13
Joshua, you should upgrade. Version 14 will be available on October 18.
