HOW DO YOU INSERT A PDF FILE FOR DOWNLOADING FROM THE WEBSITE. HOW DO YOU GET THAT PDF TO RESIDE ON THE WEB PROVIDER SERVER?

just link your botton, text or anything you want to your pdf file. thats all
in link option choose link to local file, then point it to your pdf.
