Thumbnail links to pages still not working  en

I am still having a lot of problems with my thumbnail links opening the correct webpage. I was previously advised to insert hyphens between each word in my filenames and make my other changes to vary the other details. I initially thought this had worked, but it hasn't. The pages and files effected appear to be only the ones I have uploaded since the last websitex update and I wonder if there may be a problem with the update? If not could you tell me what else I could try please?

check all your pages, select them then go to properties, make sure none of the pages have the same file name.(even if they don't have the same name, make sure to check mark your file name) then empty your host, re-upload your entire website again.

some times it shows different file name, but extracts something else (it happened to me) just put a check mark on file name, and make sure there is no space between words.

if this post is the correct answer, please mark this answer as correct answer.

I have already tried almost all of that and reloaded my entire website, but how do I 'empty my host'? As I mentioned, this has never been a problem since I linked the last websitex update - so why should it happen now, if it's no the update that is at fault?

you need to log in to your host, or use filezilla, and delete anything has to do with your website( files/images/res/pcss/css/admin/js/ and your pages)

then upload them again

or you can contact me by email and I will give you temp ftp address, you can upload your site over there, so we can see is there something wrong in your host (old pages) or still problem is setting inside webx5 (support AT wdesigners.us)

Hi Anthony

I've sent an email to you, to let you know I now have my details to check back. Just wondering if you received it as I sent it a few days ago, but can send again if you like?

Thanks

Now tracked the problem down to copying and pasting pages to save time on reformatting, even after deleting all details and replacing. Solved by creating a blank template for copying and re-doing pages.

Anthony has been very helpful throughout and we got there in the end.
