An someone from Incomedia please clearly define the steps to setup the Guestbook Object and Data Management Settings so that these elements establish a connection to a MySQL db, which has been created along with a table?

Hello,
I have created a database server side along with a table of 4 fields, which matches the number of fields in the Guestbook Object. Everything seems to be setup correctly within Data Management as I have defined the database name, hostname, username and password. I have also setup a folder server side for PHP output. Alas, it is not working. Could ples outline the steps necessary to make the Guestbook object functional? Thanks,
