How to remove an email form

I am trying out websitex5 evolution. On my blog page, when I click on a "Recent Activity" link, an email form is displayed. How can I get rid of it?

Is there any way to get an answer from the X5 folks?
if you have an email form inside your page, open your page (step3), right click on email form object inside that page and hit delete/remove botton.
