Is it possible to use X5 to create a ticket submission form, where a user once they click on the first dropdown in the email form , a new question shows up based on their answer?

Hello Jennifer,
all field of the form email are visible, and automatically with WebSite X5 is not possible.
You need create a script, or modify the coe html, try to search more informations in google or wait an answers by another user of our community.
