I am trying to include an Email form in my website.  I am follwoing exactly the same procedure that I used in Version 8 (i have Version 10 now) but the form seems to be submitted but I get no confirmation - either as "sender" or as "receiver".

How do I fill in this section?

Hello David,

verify that your server support the PHP and try to change the script of the email sending in the step 4 in "data management".

Let me know.

My webspace provider is 1 and 1.

The Email forms used in Websites made with X5 version 8 work fine.   It is only Version 10 (which I bought recently and am now trying out) which does not.

I see that many users are having the same problem. Can't you fix it??

Also - I went to manage my contract at contract.1and1.co.uk (to see if I could do something there) and used the same user name (my Email Address) and password that I use to sign on to X5 answers and I was rejected.

Where can I find the right username and password, please.  Is is with the paperwork I got when I bought Version 10
