Where are the website project files located - on my computer or in the Cloud? Do they need to be backed up?

project files are inside your computer, normaly they are inside your c drive,
C:\Users\xxxxxxx\Documents\Incomedia\WebSite X5 v10 - evolution\
if you want to change that, open the x5 progam, click on performance.
