I need a drop shipping features plus a drop down menu that change the actual price.

I need more features on my cart. I wonder if the highest version has this features:
1-. Gift Certificates
2-. Wishlist
3-. Ability to change the actual price with the drop down menu.
4-. Ability to calculate one shipping cost from different warehouses in one order
I'm using Evolution 9, but willing to upgrade if I have more feautures. I was not able to see those feautures on the Professional 10 page, probably they are hidden.
