Hi Rayner,
It is not one of the built in options, but you can add custome code to link to a gateway - the code you need should be provided by Authorize.net though you may have to ask them for it. Also you will probably have to play around with the code settings before it works correctly - I tried it with OKpay's code as an experiment and the payment link worked OK after a few minor tweeks to the code to get the right options displaying.
