Program Updates

Dear Sirs,
I have been trying to update my version to 10.1.10.54 and each time I click the Update Now button the program begins to update but then I get an error message: 406 (It was not possible to install the files on your computer. Please verify that all programs are closed and restart the update). The trouble being is that I do not have other programs running, but I get this error message each time.
What can I do? Any suggestions?

Download the latest version from your profile, top right button, and install that one. (as admin)

I have tried everything and still get the 406 error. I have downloaded the new version but when trying to extract it I get the following error code.
An error occurred while trying to replace the existing file:
DeleteFile failed; code 5.
Hello Brian,
Try to use the right click option on the installer you downloaded and then choose to run the installer as administrator.
The error you get seems to depend on missing privileges on windows and if you run ti as administrator it will allow you to install the program.
