Import/export Shopping Cart Products problem

How can I import my products with RUSSIAN LANGUAGE??? When I add them RUSSIAN letters shows like unknown symbols. And how can I add products with pictures???

Hello Sergey,
When you save the csv file you in the external editor check to have set the character encoding to UTF-8 and then export the file. In this way the russian letters will appear correctly.
If you use a different character encoding it will not be readable.
About the images for the products these can only be added from inside the program.
