Email form data format when receiving the results by email...  en

I have successfully designed and launched a new website (1st one) with a email form inserted (for collection of client data, ie, name, email, mobile, etc) and recieve an email into my inbox (to Microsoft Office 2013) fairly quickly in the right format (which is neat and tidy) - which is brilliant!

My question is, I recently designed another website (2nd one), also with a email form inserted (exactly the same format as other email form with same fields), and still recieve an email (to Microsoft Office 2010) with the required information; however the format is really strange.

There is a massive amount of odd text and 'code' and I get the following message (will keep it short as there is much more text!) (the the first 4 lines):

Message-ID: <***s>X-Mailer: WebSiteX5
MailerMIME-Version: 1.0Content-Type: multipart/alternative; boundary="e6b647397fab7469233bfd3ff7a11d86"
Date: Tue, 15 Jul 2014 14:43:07 +0100 (BST)

The data i require is in the email, but is all buried in all the text/code.

I must point out the new site (2nd one) is hosted on a different hosting server than my first website and the recipient of the results of the 2nd email form is on a different microsoft office version (Microsoft Office 2010).

We have contacted the website host and they replied "it looks as though the mail application is sending mail in text not html" and that i had to change some settings on the design page before publishing and uploading again.

Please can someone advise me what i am doing wrong with the 2nd website as i can't see any advanced featutes to change from text to html...?

Many thanks in advance for you assistance.

this is ussaly php script that are not compatible with the one your provider uses.

Downgrade your email script in step 4 advanced settings, data management, see down left option.

Upload website again, goto website, press ctrl-F5, then test to see if it works, if not change script again to other option and repeat above steps.
