Hello again,

I am unable to reply to my previous message regarding the problem with the Contact Form which do not send eMails if attachment is added.

Indeed, when I fill out the form without attachment and uncheck the 'csv' option, I get the eMail. When I add an attachment or enable the 'CSV' option, i will never get it, I also checked my Junk folder or error Logs on my server, nothing.

I've tried the process in the Admin Test Section, trying two of the three scripts provided (the 3rd does not allow email attachments) with the same result: Never get these emails.

The technical support for my server requested the link to the Mail script which I use. On my server, I have a folder called Imemail, probably set up by Website X5. this folder contains 33 files, which one is the script which could be responsible for the failure sending emails from the contact form ?

Thank you

Hello David,

In the admin test page you will find the link to download the script file used to send the emails. Alternatively you can find also the file in your installation folder of the program in the res folder and the file is called imemail.inc.php

Online you will find it in the res folder and it is imemail.inc.php

Many thanks!

Finally, I got the answer why I could not send emails from my Contact Form when I join an attachment. Beow the reply from my Hosting support service :

"Thank you for your response regarding trouble you are having sending form mailers with attachments from your hosting account.

On reviewing your account, we are showing you are currently on a shared hosting account. Shared hosting does not allow email to be sent though a form mailer that contains attachments. You will need to modify the form to not include attachments in order to send form mail though your shared hosting account. If you require attachments to be sent though a form mailer on your site you will need one of our server products."
