My website X5 11 software is asking for reactivation, when I put in the license code it now asks for an unlock code. Why has this suddenly happened and where do I get an unlock code. This is very frustrating.

Suddenly yesterday evening my website is asking to be reactivated. This happened after I updated software for websiteX5 11. I input the license key as directed, but it tells me it cannot contact server and to input an unlock key. My question is where do I get an unlock key? I need help. Thank you

Hi, I tried checking C:\Users\ The Admin username \AppData\Local\Incomedia\ there is a folder called WebSite X5 v11 - Evolution to see if the licence.iwl file is inside this folder. No folder exists. I am now told that there is no file associated with this request. I am also told that an error occurred while running program and to reinstall the program and that the operation was cancelled by user. Still asking for unlock code. Still where I was hours ago.
