Freezes after update v. 12 pro

After updating via your website twice now to the latest version today, the program freezes when i try to preview.

Try to stick to version .17, version .19 is no good.

How do i download that version. In my downloads i can only find the newest version?

Im using windows 7 sp1.
I dont know if its the same with a new project, i have made a system recovery so now im back to v12....17. I had to reimport some projects from v.11 again and start all the lost work again though. Its so fustrating when you buy a program you used to have confidence in.

In this case wait to update the program. You can install it on a second computer where you install the update to test the projects before. You can also test the beta channel update on http://beta.websitex5.com
If you decide to test the beta I would suggest to to this on copies of the projects and if possible also on a different computer to avoid to have issue with your current projects.
