Lost existing project

Hi,
Today I update my WebSite X5 v13 - Professional, when it starts I went to the edit and existing project but i can't find my project, so i try to go in my documents where incomedia save the project but the folder is empty.
There is a tool that can make me donwload all my staff directly from Incomedia server?

I am very sorry to hear what you went through. Did you ever make a backup copy and exported the iwzip file of this project? Also, can you find iwprj files of this project?
