Is there an export option to export my sales and create a spreadsheet? The main information on it would be
Name
Items
Order number
date range of items sold (IE 1 month prior)
www.gormanruritan.com
After creating the items (not up yet) I realized I could not find a way to export the sales, create a spreadsheet and confirm the orders as they are picked up (it is a one-day event and everyone has something different)
They are paying through Paypal.. does PayPal have the option?

You could use REPORTICO for that. http://www.reportico.org/site2/index.php
Or you could make a script yourself.
If you have the possibility to make an ODBC connection to the database ( connect to the database from outside ) , then you could use Microsoft access to make the request(s) and automatically create an excel file.
It could be automated, so you only have to make one click and then you have the file.
You could make an idea post to have this option in the admin-panel.
As I have not installed v17 yet, I don't know if this is possible today.
PayPal has some options, but I don't exactly know what material they can deliver - you could make some test-payments.
Found this : https://developer.paypal.com/docs/classic/paypal-payments-standard/integration-guide/manage_transaction_activity/#downloadable-history-logs
It may depend on the type of the PayPal account you have.

Hello Lauren
Just tested my own account at PayPal.
It is possible to download transactions to a csv. You should use my last link to see how.

Just a heads up. might have done it wrong. On the PayPal transaction list, it does not list individual items.. just total amounts. Still check with the other stuff though
