Hello
Why can my post can't been seen once it is posted?
Where do you mean in x5 online in a blog? or here in the helpdesk? Or in the guestbook?
If it's the blog then you need as admin approve the post if you have set this so in step1 -> blog -> TAB article page.
approval is done in the admin panel or the website x5 app.

Hi Vincent,
thank you for getting in touch.
Which issue did you describe on the post which is not visible? Currently, you have opened 7 posts with this account, and you can find them all here: https://helpcenter.websitex5.com/en/community/user/1255008/post
Is it something missing here?
Please keep me posted. Kind regards.

Hello Elisa,
Thanks for your reply, but that post is set to private and won't help other users with same issues.
Is it possible to post the answer here as well?
thanks!
Hi Andre,
the issue is still being analyzed on the other post, but maybe @Vincent will be willing to share the solution on this one once the question is solved.
Please let me know if I can be of further help. Kind regards.
