Website x5 hosting problems

Hi,
I activated WebSite X5 hosting after updating WebSite X5 Pro to v20214.4. I made it online in my profile (My Webhosting section). Then I tried to use this option to export my project to the hosting (Export>Uplode the Website to Internet>WebSite X5 Hosting pro (from drop-down menu) and then clicking Start. I was getting error message: Unable to connect to Server. Please check with your Internet Provider that you have the correct connection information. Any idea how to solve the issue?

Hello.As a rule, after activating the hosting, time must pass.About 5-15 minutes.Possibly up to one hour.

I observe this error for a few days. I tried to install WebSite X5 Pro to another computer and publish my project ising WebSite X5 hosting - same error
Лучшим вариантом будет использование стороннего хостинга, где есть все услуги, в том числе и регистрация доменов. Чудо-юдо под именем хостинга, созданное здесь, единственным плюсом имеет лишь бесплатность, да и то только для одного сайта, в то время, как на обычном хостинге вы можете держать сколько угодно своих сайтов, в размерах выделенного вам места.

Yes, the issue is still happening. I attached error file. As you can see, there is a message saying that my webspace and domain are active. However when I click Start, I can't connect to the server. Is it possible that it is happening because I activated my webspace from my WebSite X5 account in the brouser prior uplodin my project to the server? I red somewhere that you suppose to uplod your project first, using WebSite X5 Pro software, whithout touching anything on the server through web interface control.
