Thanks, is an idea (to consider any ways). Browser encoding might be the issue, but why the same pages at different devices and browsers? And there is a bit more to say about the issues aside results are the same on different devices + different browsers:

1) The issues appear together on a page, not alone. So either the page is correct as intended, or it shows the two issues, 

2) the issues do not appear in preview, meaning in preview all pages look correct.

... the problem is occasional, it doesn't always occur, and in some cases it also involves the StickyBar...
... in Local Preview you probably won't notice it because it recovers the data from the cache faster...

it is not occasional, I am looking at it for weeks now, and the pages affected remain the same, meaning the problem expands and none come back to normal. reason I requested today for help is that i tried everything else i could do my self, see the above. 

...on my Firefox it works fine, but in reality as it appears it is not reliable...

You can export it in Step 5 - Export, choosing the “Export the project option” to generate an IWZIP file.
You can then upload the file with https://www.swisstransfer.com/ or similar services, and provide a download link at support @ incomedia.eu (without the spaces).

I would also like to ask for additional details about the Sticky Button issue: while the Font Awesome Icon showing a different icon was clearly visible on Chrome/Edge, the Sticky Button does lead me to the https://www.clubtaxi.nl/en/taxi-fare-calculator.html#GetQuote page, while if I have understood correctly the link does not work for you?

yes, please note: I have to avoid using symbols like @ ë ï ä å and $ cause it causes issues in some browsers as well

the link does work, but the icon of the yellow finger pointing morphs in something that does look like alien text, at the same pages I am facing the issue with the green button. 

Open https://www.clubtaxi.nl/en/taxi-amsterdam-apeldoorn.html , leave page open, use new tab to visit say cnn.com, and watch what appears as sticky button. 

If you see one issue, the others is there as well.

as well, I have not witnessed responses like "I have the same issue". I am considering the possibility that the issues can be caused by the lack of rendering power of my pc. I am loyal to my gear and happy with blind typing being 100% precise, but perhaps I need a new mother board aka new pc.

but Eric C. be aware, the next issue that I would have brought up, is that these codes duplicate themselves without my doing.

recently i added hreflang etc codes, and I noticed that same codes appeared in after opening and before closing head.

than when I closed the project and restart project, the changes were 99% that things were on the mentioned lines again.

did not made the connection yet, but please be aware of this bleep in the system.

KolAsim , you are a legend, Eric E., For your info, It has not caused issues in the past, now it does. If you want a copy of the project from the past: I am happy to share more files. But I am convinced that KolAsim got me on the right track. Some work to do, but I am happy to spend the effort. I keep this as unsolved, to give KolAsim, the credits. Eric E., if you want I can send you a file of an older version, I trust you will be able to track where settings became a problem, if not, a copy of an older upload with backups should do. 

And fyi, to  be on the safe side: I always entered codes before closing head, only after direct instructions of a developer i did things like after opening head.
