Wix mx dns problems

I am trying to use WIX as my domain holder but want X-5 to host
I am trying to configure my domain using the DNS records provided by x-5. The five Type A records are fine as well as the TXT record. But after multiple attempts with the MX value when I push the conformation button the red circle with red exclamation point comes up by the MX value.
I don't even use this site for email,

What is the domain, and could you provide a screenshot of how the MX record was set on the registrar's panel?

the domain is district12bridge.org
the MX record was set with: 10mail.district12bridge.org
I contacted WIX help site and I tried it without the 10 and it still didn't work

I don't have anything in the DNS under CNAME(alieses) does that matter?

10 should be the priority value for the MX record, could you check if there's a field where this can be placed?

WIX autofilled the 10 priority value in a different field. That 10 field is not editable

Could you provide a screenshot of how the records are displayed on your panel, and have you tried checking with the registrar for guidance about how to correctly add it?

I tried for several hours with the registar with no sucess.
On a related note: If I buy a new domain from X-5 - district12bridge.info, how long does it take to get that domain running? and if when people click on the old domain does it some redirect to the new domain?
Hello Michael,
usually it takes at most a few days, 2 or 3, before the new domain is operational.
The redirect would need to be applied on your previous domain/hosting space in order to send visitors to the new website.

The Incomedia employees are expected to be online again here from Monday during office hours in Italy.

This evening my website: district12bridge.info refuses to load. There is no error message.
The cursor just spins and spins. I tried to re-upload but the upload arrow is "greyed" out.
Is there a server problem? The website had been working great for several days.

what is the current situation for you? I am able to reach the website normally, so if you still cannot visit it, there may be a restriction towards your network specifically.

Very peculiar,
I reset the modem for my network and the domain started working again!
Why it was just that domain, I have no idea.
