Footer not showing

I just noticed that since I moved to Evolution 9 the footer on my website is not showing. I am using the latest version of the software.

Here is some more information regarding my problem. I don't believe it is a "footer" problem. The last page element is an HTML widget. The HTML code is an iframe linking to a Google doc. As soon as I delete the HTML widget, the footer appears.
