Error updating my program

I keep getting a notice, when I try to update my program, that states I am not registered yet, when I registered yesterday.

Are you talking about the x5 home 10 edition ?
If so: Go to your profile, top right button. Select download and install latest version.
Check in your profiile also your licence key.
See that you use the same email adres as you did when you ordered your product.
If it does not help, let me know, than incomedia needs to help you and I will set this post for them to react.

When I select download, under profile, I get this message

My licence key is ***, but there is no place to insert it.
