it is MP3 format .. 

and not every mobile can display it .. like IPAD .. AND SAMSUNG NOT 3 AND TAB ..

For maximum compatibility with end-user devices you should convert your media files to .mp4 or .m4a format:

There are quite a few media converters available online, many of them free.

for music files there are 3 main files that browsers use, mp3, ogg, & wma unfortunately not every browser supports all 3 file formats, so the best thing to do would be to include all 3 file formats of the same tune then no matter what browser users use they should be able to hear it.
