I’m intending to take up the offer of webhosting that came with my purchase of Website X5 Professional. However, there are two partner companies mentioned:
Webhosting link on ‘answers’ http://www.a2hosting.com/
Webhosting link on main site http://www.one.com/en/
Which one is the correct partner company?

Hello Ian,
If you refer to Professional version 11 then the web host offer is currently with A2 Hosting.
One.com was a previous offer.

I purchased the X5 Evolution version before upgrading to the Professional version recently. The Evolution purchase gave me a code for One.com, and I was goingt to use this one. However, it has now disappeared and has been replaced by the code for the A2 offer.
The one I wanted though was the One.com code - can this be re-generated?

The One.com offer will probably have expired as the offer was time limited:
"The EDC Code must be generated and used within 4 months from the date of activation of the license of WebSite X5 Evolution."
However, I'll ask Incomedia to give you a definitive answer, which I'm sure they will do via this thread in due course.

I wish to inform you that the information kindly given by Paul is correct. I'm sorry but once the EDC code has expired, it is not possible to generate a new one.
