When I installed V10 a year or so ago, I had the prob of re-registering each time I started it in my USER account. You gave excellent instruction on copying the "licence.iwl" file from the ADMIN account into the USER account to the same subdirectory, and that solved my issue.

I purchased V11 and installed it and had the re-registering issue. Follwoing your previous instructions, I copied the license.iwl file from the ADMIN to the USER account and I apparently screwed up on which license (v10 or v11) file I moved.

Can you please tell me what directories and files should be in the ADMIN account?

That is, for "C:\Users\ The Admin username \AppData\Local\Incomedia\"

Should there also be a "\WebSite X5-v10\" and a "\WebSite X5-v11\" sub directors with the licence.iwl file for v10 and v11 respectively?  Should I have two differnet licence.iwl files?

Second part, then under "c:\Users\ Your Windows username \AppData\Local\Incomedia ", should I have the same sub directories?  That is "\WebSite X5-v10\" and a "\WebSite X5-v11\" ?
